managed by Stephen Collins, of the Collins family, which

Antoinette Bonafede is the face of Land
Title of America.
She works closely
with clients and real estate agents, managing
the flow of files through the title process and
into closing.
Antoinette is
well established at Land Title, having worked
over six years with the Collins brothers,
Stephen and Rusty.
She is the sail and
the rudder of the business, guiding transactions
through all conditions.
Within
her industry, she fosters relationships not only
through service, but also through participation
in professional organizations.
She represents Land
Title as a Board of Directors Member of the
Saint Johns County Builders’ Council, and serves
as Chairperson of the Affiliate-Realtor
Committee for the Saint Augustine & Saint Johns
County Board of Realtors.
She enjoys the excitement of working through

Lisa Byers began in the title business
in 1996, and has been with Land Title of America
for ten years.
She is a licensed
title agent, appointed by two underwriters, and
has a depth of knowledge within the industry of
title insurance as well as many aspects of the
company. She is the anchor of the business,
ensuring the integrity of each closing.
During
her tenure at Land Title, Lisa has served in
many capacities. Currently she works
behind the scenes, abstracting and processing
files, making sure real estate transactions are
ready to close with clear title. Job satisfaction is
defined by her when deadlines come together for
the benefit of all involved: sellers get their
houses sold and buyers get to move in on time.
And first-time
home ownership is exciting for everyone.
Lisa is not the person clients see, but she
works hard for them.

Her combined
fourteen years in lending and banking gives her

estate debut, but she is no stranger to the
industry.
As the daughter of a
Realtor, she developed an early appreciation for
the hard work that goes into each sale.
She joined the team
in 2009 with a background in education and
business.
Crissy is the look-out for Land Title — the first
to speak to a customer and the last to see that
documents go to the lender and the paperwork is
properly recorded after closing.
